Paige dishes on her fondest holiday memory at Fuel and why Fall is her favorite season in the Pacific Northwest.
I can say with certainty the most enjoyable aspect about working at Fuel is the people I work with!
2. What is your professional background?
I began my career in the Financial Services industry. I was an instructor for two different insurance schools and I sold insurance and investments for about 15 years. I began working at Fuel when my husband and I relocated from the Seattle area to Camas in 2014.
3. Fun facts:
My my favorite things about Fall include Sundays, food, family, friends and football. I love the Seahawks!
I am very proud of my three boys who served in the military and am very proud to be an American!
I enjoy hiking and pretty much anything I can do outside.
I have been married to my very best friend for 18 years. Life together is such a blessing!
4. A good memory you’ve made while working at Fuel:
I have a lot of great memories but one of my favorites was our holiday party at Mt. Hood. We started the day boarding a bus. As for this bus, let’s just say it was not a school bus! In true Fuel fashion, there were donuts and beverages to warm our insides. Once we arrived at our destination we were divided into teams for our team building activities. We had a “snowman” building competition, but these were not traditional snowmen; each one was a character from a TV show or comic book. This was a true test of teamwork. Before the competition was complete a snowball throwing extravaganza broke out. The rest of the afternoon was spent inner-tubing down the mountain. We wrapped up the trip with drinks and a lot of laughs. It was a very fun day!
5. Speak now or forever hold your peace:
Complaining is draining! Speak positive, encouraging words whenever you can! Share a smile; it can often brighten someone’s day and makes you feel good too.
