The Digital Project Manager works in conjunction with the Regional Directors and Managers, Marketing and Account Managers to grow healthcare businesses through the effective, efficient and timely identification and implementation of digital strategies. The position is responsible for developing and facilitating the delivery of digital project plans. Responsibilities will include tracking and reporting results of all digital initiatives and recommending improvements to increase the overall success of our Member’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively monitor and communicate project information and timelines across departments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on digital services; education, pricing and service offerings.
  • Audit and analyze existing web presence of new members or those not currently utilizing Fuel’s digital services.
  • Effectively review and coach internal teams and external members on web products and processes.
  • Establish consistency with member deliverables by executing standard operating procedures.
  • Provide quality assurance testing on digital products, including websites, landing pages and digital campaigns.
  • Use data to drive positive changes, establish best practices and create case studies.
  • Continually explore digital trends to position Fuel as an industry leader.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key contacts to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offering.
  • Actively participate in and/or conduct member calls to implement and report on digital initiatives.
  • Research and assist with special projects to promote the growth of the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical or bachelor’s degree in business, communications or digital-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Functional knowledge of WordPress, preferred.
  • Understanding of and experience with website build processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate content, creative, development, SEO, SEM and reputation services/solutions.
  • Minimum of one year in a fast-paced creative or technology company with experience in marketing, web or software.
  • Experience working directly with clients; including planning and implementing digital initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret analytics reports.
  • General SEO and SEM concepts.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent project management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated success in working with a team.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
