Fuel Medical Group is the leading member-focused advisory company serving ENT’s, Otologists, and Audiology Private Practices. We provide and implement insights, tools, and actionable solutions that positively transform practice performance and impact patient outcomes. By combining best practice business strategies with analytics, Fuel Medical helps members realize out-sized returns by more effectively managing talent, information and patients.

We’re currently looking for an additional recruitment specialist to join our team. This person will primarily focus on internal and client recruitment and retention efforts that include but are not limited to planning, developing, and facilitating the implementation of programs and strategies to maintain a culture of exceptional employee engagement. Because this is part of a small human resources department, this position may participate in a broad range of human resources and office management responsibilities.

The recruitment specialist will work closely with job candidates, clients, field operations and other staff in proactively creating recruitment strategies and facilitating the hiring of great employees by actively writing job descriptions and postings, developing interview questions, scheduling candidates, assessing finalists, and supporting on-boarding and development processes to engage all parties in the client or Fuel Medical brand experience.

And, as all employees need to understand the concerns and environment of our clients, a minimum of two travel events per year will be expected.
