Job Summary:

The Reputation Management Specialist is responsible for managing the online reputation of Fuel Medical members. This person will use software to monitor the member’s online reputation, update directory listings, verify member information, run citation campaigns, and respond to and monitor all reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up member profiles on the reputation management platform, manage all member reviews, and alert members when responses are required.
  • Provide comprehensive communication to team members that includes information about actionable insights learned from reviews, along with new capabilities that become available through reputation management software.
  • Monitor, verify, and update member information such as citation and directory listings, and Google My Business listings.
  • Execute citation campaigns and update My Business pages on social media.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and/or 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing preferred.
  • An understanding of the interaction between online/social and traditional channels.
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams, assess and communicate progress on projects or tasks, and develop and maintain member relationships.
  • Strong customer services skills, written and verbal communications skills, along with presentation and interpersonal skills.
