Tell us a little bit about yourself (i.e., professional background, hobbies, interests, etc.).
I’ve been in marketing and project management for 25 years, helping businesses grow through creative strategies and solid execution. My career took a big turn when I met Brendan Ford while working at AT&T, which led me to Fuel—easily the best company I’ve ever been a part of. I love how Fuel values its people and the work we do to support our members.
Outside of work, I’m all about family, friends and sports. I’ve been a die-hard Trail Blazers fan since I was a kid, and I even took over my dad’s season tickets in the early 2000s. I also love football and baseball—there’s nothing like a great game-day experience, whether I’m watching from the stands or at home with family and friends. One of my all-time favorite memories was meeting Michael Jordan when I was 15 and getting his autograph. That was a dream come true!
I also love spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping or hiking with family and friends. I’m an avid runner and have completed several endurance events, including Hood to Coast and Ragnar. When I’m not outdoors or watching a game, I enjoy cooking and eating great food—especially when I get to share a meal with the people I care about. A good night often involves sitting around with friends and family, sipping on a great bourbon and just enjoying good conversation. And when it’s time to relax, I love watching movies and TV shows.
What is the most valuable resource you provide to our members, and what does an average day look like?
Helping our members succeed isn’t just my job—it’s something I truly enjoy. Over the years, I’ve worked with many practices to develop creative marketing strategies that drive real results. From branding and advertising to direct mail and community outreach, I help our members find the right mix of traditional and digital marketing to grow their practices.
No two days are the same, which keeps things exciting. One day, I might be brainstorming a new campaign with a member, and the next, I’m troubleshooting an issue or helping refine their messaging. The best part of my job is seeing our members thrive and knowing I played a small part in their success.
Tell us something unique about you.
I once ran a 32-mile ultra marathon on Mt. Hood—easily one of the toughest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. The mental and physical challenge was next level, but crossing that finish line made it all worth it. I’ve also done Hood to Coast and Ragnar numerous times—I love the competition, the camaraderie and pushing myself to new limits.
What is one thing you cannot live without?
The people in my life. Whether it’s family or close friends, spending time with them—camping, hiking, watching Blazers games or just sitting around enjoying great food and bourbon—is what I value most. Life is about the experiences you share with the people who matter.
