Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was raised in the Pacific Northwest, spent a stint of time in sunny California and more recently made my way back up to the Northwest again. It’s great to be back! I am a proud fur mom, and we recently added a new pup to our family. I’ve worked as both an account manager and a senior marketing manager serving different parts of the country during my time here at Fuel.
What do you do at Fuel, and what is the most valuable resource you provide to our members?
I’m a senior marketing manager for the Midwest and Northeastern part of the country. I work very closely with our regional teams to provide marketing strategy and support for all members in the region. The most valuable resource I bring our members is my experience not only in the ENT and audiology industry but my past experience in both advertising and PR.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
My workday is a combination of video meetings with Fuel members and with our regional teams to make sure we’re providing the best possible support for our members. I also spend a good amount of time communicating with our hearing aid manufacturer partners, strategizing opportunities and value we can bring to our membership.
What is your professional background?
I started my career at an advertising agency in California and had the pleasure of working on a variety of local and state-wide advertising campaigns. I really enjoyed the ability to work on a range of different topics. I worked on everything from public safety campaigns to advertising for credit unions and medical practices, and I even got to (very briefly) be in a BMW commercial! Five years ago, work brought my now fiancé and me up north to the Portland area, and I discovered Fuel. I’ve enjoyed my time here and look forward to continuing to serve our members.
What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have a fun fact about yourself you’d like to share?
I love to travel and experience other cultures. Some of my most recent trips include Thailand and London. I also really enjoy spending my evenings and weekends cooking and trying new recipes. And not to be the 10th person you’ve heard mention it today, but I love to Peloton!
