Tell us a little bit about yourself (i.e., professional background, hobbies, interests, etc.).
I have worked in the medical field since 1993, when I started as a CNA. I have two beautiful grown daughters and one five-year-old granddaughter. I love to make things with my Cricut; I always love a good crafting challenge. I also love to go paddle boarding, spend time with our dog, Blossom, at the local dog park and spend time with my granddaughter, Khamiya. I enjoy learning new things and exploring new places.
What is the most valuable resource you provide to our members, and what does an average day look like?
I believe the most valuable resource I provide our members is my 24+ years of medical experience in many specialty fields, including allergy. An average day for me includes going through all my emails, returning calls/emails and, recently, getting the pleasure of helping my team with their QA queue.
Tell us something unique about you.
Something unique about me is that I was born without a sense of smell. When I got COVID the first time, I had some sense of smell for a few days.
What is one thing you cannot live without?
I absolutely could not live without my two girls and my granddaughter. They are my entire world. I also couldn’t live without Fritos and dark chocolate—just thought I would add that.
