As an account manager, I approach practice growth through marketing by looking first at the whole system from the perspective of the patient experience.
My contributions to member practices feel especially satisfying when a member credits the largest share of patient growth to referrals from both patients and providers. This result indicates positive culture, excellent patient experience, strategic operations and thoughtful communications, creating valuable benefits for patients and families, as well as staff.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, knitting and exploring Portland-area restaurants.

Fun Fact
Unicycles were a popular mode of transportation at my college, so I learned to ride. Since then, I’ve found that unlike riding a bike, unicycling is a perishable skill.
