Helping our customers reach their individual goals is one all Fuelie’s share, and it doesn’t take a new team member very long to see that speaking up in pursuit of those goals is encouraged and that their colleagues want to listen to what they have to say.

Having fun at Fuel is a way to bring everyone together. Whether it’s the friendly competition of a Scavenger Hunt across Camas City or sledding down the Ski Bowl at Mt. Hood – costumes are common and spirits are always high.
Activities bring a lot of Fuelies’ together in person who may not regularly work with one another. With events chaired by Fuel’s very own ‘Fun Committee,’ they’ve set a standard of going above and beyond to make every company event as fun, varied and memorable as possible.
