Jessy A. Culp, COPM-C
Education
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Warner Pacific College
I began my career in the hearing care industry in 2000, just a few weeks after marrying my husband, Troy. Fortunately, I’m still with both! One of my first tasks was coordinating a symposium in Cabo San Lucas with many industry professionals, with whom I remain connected to this day. I worked for Sonus until it was sold to Amplifon in 2002, managing corporate events and member services.
Afterward, I spent some time raising our firstborn, running the first of our eventual four family businesses and working in the financial services industry with the former founder of Sonus until he launched Audigy Group in 2005. As a start-up, we did it all, but my focus was on membership services and development. I enjoyed creating training protocols, programs and initiatives, working directly with our strategic partners and ensuring our members had what they needed to be successful.
I left Audigy to pursue another career path in recruiting and joined Robert Half as their Division Director at the beginning of 2009. This was followed by executive sales and management positions, but I was ultimately recruited back to my roots in the hearing healthcare care industry in 2013 after the launch of Fuel Medical, and I’ve been here ever since.
At Fuel Medical, my biggest accomplishment has been being fortunate enough to work with many of the same members for over a decade, continuing to see their growth and successes, and gaining meaningful forever friendships along the way.
I spend time with my family and friends, boating and water sports, golfing, watching my boys play baseball and traveling year-round.

My go-to is always a mouthwatering steak in Wyoming and Idaho or the wide diversity in Nevada. A couple favorites are Caruso’s in Coeur d’Alene, ID for the pizza, R Town Pizza in Reno for my newfound love of Detroit style pizza, Rib & Chop House for seriously good steaks in Idaho and Wyoming and Cafe Zupa’s for amazing soup and salad throughout my territory. Las Vegas—whatever you want!
