My introduction to the industry began at Fuel Medical after holding an outside sales position post-college. As the third employee of Fuel, I saw a unique opportunity to be a part of a start-up company that placed as much value in their staff as they did with the clients they supported. The first position I held was in business development, where I leaned in on my prior sales experience. After a few years of our membership increasing, I naturally fell into a Regional Manager position where I covered the Northwest. Our markets continued to expand, which required more coverage, and I was promoted to a Senior Regional Manager position and began supporting practices in the Mid-South region of the country.
I’ve always been in awe of those that contribute to the field of medicine so as an outsider to the industry when my career began, it’s been incredibly fulfilling to be given the opportunity to work directly with our clients and seeing the impact they have on patient’s lives.
Because I’ve worked at Fuel for so long, it’s afforded me the opportunity to support our clients at every phase of their business, from start-ups, to expansions, to partnerships that have surpassed a decade. It’s been a testament to the great work our team puts forth!
When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing with my two imaginative younger children. If time allows, I also like to frequent local golf courses with friends and travel internationally with my family.
Favorite Regional Dish In Your Territory
There’s a great French restaurant in Lexington that’s within walking distance of the hotel I typically stay at. Walking into it makes me feel as if I stepped foot in a small brasserie in Paris. The escargot further affirms this!
Fun Fact
Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by sharks. I’ve had the opportunity to swim in the open water with Galapagos Sharks in Hawaii and plan to do a shark cage dive with Great Whites at some point in the future if my wife will let me.
