After a discovery phone call to dive deep into your ad strategy, Fuel will conduct research to identify ways to attract well qualified candidates. Detailed insights into where to post the ads and what screening questions to incorporate are included.
Interview Question Creation
Our recruiting team will work with you to determine the needs, tone and goals of the job interview, and after resource research, Fuel will craft your screening questions. We will also provide insights into what the desired answers to these questions should include and conduct an additional consultation to ensure the questions meet your individual needs.
This service starts by exploring your ideal candidate’s skills and traits. After determining the best places and platforms to post positions in reference to geographic location, Fuel will monitor the posts and screen submitted resumes in a timely manner. We will review the resumes of qualified candidates, including referrals and recommendations, and provide notes on each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses.
Personality Trait Assessment: DiSC Assessment
Once the candidate pool has been narrowed down, Fuel will complete a comprehensive personality assessment on each candidate and identify their thinking style, behavioral traits and interests. We will then compare the candidates’ scores to a performance model that outlines the recommended range of the skills needed for the job. The results will be presented to you in a report used in the selection process.
Candidate Phone Screening
After a full review of each candidate’s resume, detailed interview prep and the creation of custom questions, Fuel will schedule and perform a phone interview. We will provide candidate performance insight notes and share our expertise gained from interviewing for similar positions.
New Hire Documentation
Fuel will provide you with all onboarding materials needed for new hires as well as background check forms, materials, I-9 forms and a customizable offer letter template.
