The software development team designs, builds and maintains internal and customer-facing web-based applications. Our internal application enables Fuel to operate efficiently and effectively in meeting member needs. The member portal provides key resources and information to members on-demand. AllergyEdge is an allergy-specific practice management software that promotes efficient and safe allergy testing, mixing and treatment administration. It can be used as a standalone product or integrated with an electronic medical records system for significant time and labor savings. In addition to application development, we provide ongoing support, training and business consultation for members utilizing AllergyEdge.

How do you interact with Fuel members?

Evan Allan and Tonya Hawks handle the bulk of our teams’ member interaction. They work closely with each practice during the AllergyEdge onboarding process consulting on workflow, equipment procurement, providing staff training and configuring and setting up the software for go-live. Post go-live they provide regular KPI reviews and ongoing user support.

How do you support other departments at Fuel?

We are constantly updating our internal software to improve existing processes, reflect changes or adjustments to current processes and to incorporate new ideas. This is all in services of supporting Fuel teams in the work they do to support our members. Within the next 6 months we’ll record our 100,000th work order. Each work order represents a project that a combination of Fuel teams has collaborated on for a member.
