Tell us a little bit about yourself (i.e., professional background, hobbies, interests, etc.).

I have worked since I was a kid. I love to share laughs and am always in awe of nature. I enjoy connecting with people, and I am an amateur artist with a fondness for photography and painting. I have lived in seven states, and out of all of them, Wisconsin is my favorite. My husband, Jon Ryan, and I have been together for 24 years, and we still like each other—a lot.

What is the most valuable resource you provide to our members, and what does an average day look like?

  • Most valuable resource: My team
  • Average day: Administrative > Prospecting > Networking > Screening > Interviewing > Consulting > Managing > Problem-Solving > Brainstorming > Pestering Christi

Tell us something unique about you.

After college, my first job was training as a community organizer in Oakland, California. I had to knock on doors in high-crime areas, gain people’s trust by establishing rapport and eventually persuade them to give money to the organization, which would assist them in developing a neighborhood group and achieving their shared community objectives. I learned valuable skills that I still use today.

What is one thing you cannot live without?
